In the San Joaquin Valley, Brahma Bull was the first and only Indian restaurant specializing in Northern and Southern Indian cuisine. Right now, this is the only Indian restaurant that makes authentic South Indian cuisine. Everything is fresh and healthy and in homemade style like our great grandmothers used to make in our village near Ongole, India. The name Brahma Bull originated from my hometown Ongole, India, where it is called the "Ongole Bull."
Our dishes are full of Indian spices and herbs such as turmeric, cumin, ginger, cloves, cardamom, etc. but nothing that will give you heartburn or a bad stomach. Just be sure to tell us how you like it -mild, medium, or extra spicy. We only use pure unsaturated vegetable oils and use as little oil necessary to cook our dishes. We have many vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and non-vegetarian recipes and can customize anything to your liking with advanced notice.
